Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4, 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999), and Josie and the Pussycats (2001), and in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was a child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comic who is now a social worker and JoAnn Cook, who is a cook instructor and weaver. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook was able to make her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children when she was 10 years old and appeared on national ads for Target. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
